Jesus is Alive!

“The Lord is risen indeed.” (Luke 24:34)

The resurrection of Jesus Christ! Jesus is risen from the dead. Friend, all history points to that Sunday morning as the turning point of all mankind. It is because the tomb was empty that everyone now has a new opportunity to a second chance in life. Because of the resurrection we now have:

• The opportunity to be born again
• Forgiveness and the remission of sin
• Access to the kingdom of God
• Freedom the power of sickness and disease
• Deliverance from the powers of darkness
• The outpouring of the Holy Spirit
• The birth of the Church
• All the promised of God available freely
• Jesus at the right hand of God as the guarantee of His covenant with mankind

The list can go on with the benefits and blessings now available because of the resurrection. But suffice it to say this day, because of Easter morning, each day is now new and the opportunities for God’s power are as real as ever. Because of the resurrection, all limitation of mankind have been removed and the potential for an abundant life is here today. Resurrection life is moving around the world through the preaching of the gospel, and men and women, young and old, are experiencing a second chance in the hundreds of thousands every day. Today would be a great day to receive Christ, be born again, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and be healed. Today would be a wonderful day to be delivered and experience God’s breakthrough. Today, rejoice and be glad and thank God for a second chance.
